Kentucky State Police Academy

This course is designed to instruct the Telecommunicator on how Commercial Vehicle Enforcement units can be used and what they are trained to do. CVE units can handle a multitude of situations that most Telecommunicators are not aware of. The first part of the day will be classroom-based training and then in the afternoon students will be taken to the Scott County weight station to learn about and witness an actual truck inspection as well as tour the weight station facility.
