The Communications Training Officer (CTO) In-service class is designed for current agency CTOs and will provide a review on the proper completion of program evaluation forms and training methods.  Agency CTOs will be provided with information on recent updates and revisions to program forms and will then participate in practical exercises designed to give them practice with proper form completion.  Additionally, the CTOs will be provided with information on methods and techinques for training a multigenerational workforce.
