Kentucky State Police Academy

This course is designed to refresh the Officer/trooper’s mental and physical driving abilities. The Officer/trooper will be taught legal and KSP Police and procedures as it pertains to emergency driving. Then the Officer /Trooper will be given different driving skills courses throughout the week to refresh and fine-tune their mental and physical driving ability. Each course will be graded according to the Kentucky State Police Academy Driving Criteria. The total of all course scores will be added and averaged to get a weekly score for this in-service course.
