Kentucky State Police Academy

This course is designed to educate Telecommunicators on the utilization and capabilities of Commercial Vehicle Enforcement (CVE) units. These units are trained to handle various situations that most Telecommunicators may not be aware of. The training will be conducted in two parts. The first part of the day includes classroom-based instruction, while the latter half of the day involves a visit to the Scott County weight station. During the visit, students will have the opportunity to witness an actual truck inspection, as well as tour the weight station facility.
