Kentucky State Police Academy

This training will introduce the DiSC personality style assessment and teach you to interpret the results to enhance your leadership communications. You will learn to leverage your strengths identified through DiSC to enhance your conversations with peers, employees, and teams using the time-tested tools of feedback, coaching, and evaluation. The practical skills taught in this class with help create a shared language of leadership to boost team culture, productivity, performance, and positive outcomes.
